our polluted mind

assalamualaikum,

i was just watching tv and i was really amazed how our mind it really polluted by western ideas especially ladies. i was watching all this beauty/health/fashion related tv shows mostly reality.

one of this tv shows 'how to look good naked' told about this lady needed to have a makeover.. she is a thin girl who covers her body with baggy clothes. the stylist totally manipulate about her having a nice body and should not cover it. you should show your asset.. how thin and small boobs still can be attractive.

and then another one but different version, about this flabby girl... and her half naked body was shown on street for people to see and comment about it. people commented her having a nice curvywavy body.. also known as hot....

i mean i see myself as someone paranoid about my own weight. i see myself fat and where some people keep telling how fat i look and i need to diet, i tell you i am trying to diet but....

ok forget about me... from my point of view this is how the kafirs wants us to think... to think like them ...from our paranoia of weight... they said no matter what is ur weight ur beautiful.. basiccally all girls want to be and feel beautiful... from watching this kind of makeover drama we might be carried away by the transformation.. so then we kinda ended like them flashing our skin and wearing tight clothing to show our body...

why we wanna do this? for self esteem? we dont need clothes that doesnot cover our aurat to boost our self esteem... insyaAllah when u have Allah and iman u will have all the things in the world..masyaAllah....

i think it is just ridiculous to where sexy clothes especially the wants showing their cleavage.. i dont know their intentions of wearing such clothes but obviously to show... but then when people stare at it they get mad.. it doesnt make sense..

i am not saying we neglect our care for beauty.. we need to take care of what Allah gives us... the body, it is an amanah that Allah gives us. but we should not use it for the wrong intentions... i.e for boys.. trying to attract them... astagfirullah... nauzubillah.

we take care of our body because of Allah and we only show to our mahram and spouses.
